Need the Best Way to Exercise
My arms look terrible, and frankly, so do my legs. I need a Bow Flex. HA! Who’s got the money or space for one of those?
First I think maybe I need to gain some weight, I’m 5’7″ but I only weigh 112, and I think it’s hard to build muscles when you’re as skinny as I am. Think GNC has some whey powder that might do me some good, so I’m going to try that first.
But then…I really need to get to work on some overall toning. I read a Flex Arms review, and it seems like it could be a good place to start, at least for my upper arms. And there’s other ways to get toned in other areas, seems like….that all use the same kind of method.
Seems like these belt type devices use somthing called EMS, electronic muscle stimulation, to start to tone and build up muscles, and I think, for me? This might just be the easiest way to start a workout program while I try to put on a few pounds.
